Mongolia Conquered !

An extreme challenge. A life-changing journey. A real-deal experience.

In 2025, I crossed Mongolia by river and road — over 1000 miles of wilderness, dust, mountains, and ancient landscapes. I paddled 360 km through remote rivers in a two-person canoe, carrying everything we needed, sleeping rough, and pushing myself further than I ever have before.

This wasn’t a tour.

This was an expedition.

Uncomfortable, unpredictable, and deeply transformative.

We navigated by map, not GPS. We paddled all day through heat, whitewater, and exhaustion. We travelled off-road for days at a time, through high mountain passes, desert tracks, and places with no names on the map. We stayed with nomadic families, explored sacred monasteries, and ate whatever we were given — including marmot and fermented mare’s milk. I even got to do modelling for thrudark(pretty cool)

It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

And I did it because I believe in living what I teach.

Why This Journey Matters

I work with people across generations. I run workshops, lead team experiences, empower women, and hold space for deep personal growth.

But I don’t just talk about resilience, courage, or connection —

I live it.

This expedition taught me more about myself, leadership, and human connection than any training course ever could. It reminded me what it means to sit in discomfort, move through fear, and trust yourself when there’s no backup coming.

Mongolia gave me clarity.

It gave me silence, wildness, and perspective.

And now I bring all of that into my work.

My Work is Rooted in Real Experience

From community gatherings to women’s circles to team-building weekends — I guide people through challenge and connection, because I’ve been through both myself. If I can paddle 360 km through the wilderness of Mongolia, I can hold space for you in a storm. That’s what makes this different.

I offer:

  • Wilderness Weekends

  • Resilience Retreats

  • Team Workshops

  • Intergenerational Experiences

  • Empowerment Programs for Women

You don’t need to go to Mongolia to find yourself. But if you want to reconnect, push your edge, or reset what matters — I can take you somewhere that will.

Coming 2026: The Book

“The Long Map of Miles and Memories”

My first book is out in 2026. It tells the full story of this expedition — the wild parts, the broken parts, the beautiful parts. More than a travelogue, it’s about what happens when we step into the unknown and let the land change us.

The Real Deal

This wasn’t for show.

There was no luxury, no backup crew, and no easy way out.

I did this for the same reason I do everything:

To grow. To learn. To come back with stories, tools, and truths that I can share with others. This is what I bring into every workshop and wilderness space I create.

If you want something real not performative, not polished

you’re in the right place
