Tune in to hear more!

If you're interested in joining us, our group meets every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM for refreshments and then from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the group session.

Please don't hesitate to email us with any questions.

We want to emphasise that this is an incredibly welcoming and inclusive group that embraces people from all walks of life. If you're feeling anxious or isolated, this group could be the perfect place for you.

We're here to support you! If you need assistance with getting to the group, we're happy to meet you at the front door.

Our community is for everyone, including those living with dementia, their families and friends, carers, and even those with young babies! Yes, you read that right – this is an intergenerational group, meaning people of all ages, from preschoolers to seniors, are welcome to join.
